At Lily Hush, we are not happy unless you are.
We want all of our customers to be confident ordering from us, and so if you come across a defective item you can still return it to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will either send you a replacement or issue you a store credit of equal or greater value. Don't worry, we'll reimburse your postage costs if your item is faulty.
For international customers we do ask that you pay for returns shipping. We will send you a replacement back to you free of charge. We recommend that you use a registered mail service with tracking to mail your items back to us because we will not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
If you decided to change your mind after placing an order, please inform us as soon as possible. We are unable to add-on or cancel orders that are sent out for delivery.
Due to the nature of our products, we also regret that we are unable to accept returns for all non-defective items due to health and safety reasons. So please choose carefully. Condoms and lubricants purchases are not eligible for returns.
If you need to return an item, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with.
Please note that items returned to us must come with their original packaging, complete with chargers (if applicable), manuals, and other accessories. Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives incomplete.
