What type of credit or debit cards can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Electron, Eurocard & Maestro via PayPal. Please note that your card will be automatically declined if you are below 21 years old. So kids, please don't try. 

Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?

No, you do not need a Paypal account. You can pay using credit / debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page. You will be presented with the following options. Please select option 2 and key in your credit card details. 

(1) Log in to your existing PayPal account. 
(2) Don't Have PayPal account, sign in as Paypal Guest.

What can I do if I've placed an order but my credit card / PayPal payment does not seem to get through?

You can send us the payment directly with your order# as the reference to sales@lilyhush.com. Otherwise, please email us and we will send you an invoice via email where you can pay directly from there using a PayPal account or credit card.

Which banks do you accept internet banking payments from?

We are able to accept internet banking and fund transfer payments from any bank provided you are located in the 5 countries as mentioned above. It may be quicker if you transfer the funds from the same bank - e.g. Singapore (DBS, POSB, UOB, OCBC); Malaysia (Maybank); United Kingdom (HSBC); Australia (Westpac); New Zealand (ASB). Account numbers will be provided during the checkout process.
