What are your delivery times?
We deliver to you 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our delivery hours are between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m on Mondays to Fridays, and between 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays.
Can I opt for my delivery to be made at a specific time?
Lily Hush contracts SingPost and Fedex to make deliveries. Should you require special delivery arrangements please contact the courier directly with the tracking number provided. For Singpost, please call 1605. For Fedex, please call 1800 743 2626.
How do I select my delivery method?
You can choose your preferred delivery method during the checkout process.
What if I'm not home for the delivery?
If you have chosen Smartpac, the package will be left securely in your letter box. For Registered Mail, you will receive either a notice slip indicating that you can collect it at the nearest post office. For POPStation, you will be notified via SMS and email once your package has been delivered to the specified POPStation.
Is my package discreet? What will my package look like?
Yes, absolutely. We take the utmost importance with regards to your privacy. Here is a sample of how most of our products are packaged and shipped. There will be no mention of 'Lily Hush', 'sex toys', 'vibrators', 'dildos' or any other variants!
Where is my tracking number? How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive another email with the tracking number with instructions on how to track your order. In the event that your tracking number is 'not found', please allow a few hours for the SingPost system to update your status. Alternatively, you can login to your account or visit this page to track your order.
I would like to change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order.
An admin fee of S$10 will apply to all orders that have yet to be shipped. A change of delivery address after the package has been shipped is not permitted. For Fedex shipments, an admin fee of $20 will be levied for incorrect/incomplete addresses or a change in delivery address. You will be required to pay these fees in full prior to the delivery of your shipment. Lily Hush will not be responsible for any loss as a result of inaccurate shipping addresses.
What does "awaiting fulfillment" on my order status mean?
It means that we've received your payment and order details and will be processing your order. Orders are generally processed in 24 hours on weekdays. Orders placed after 12pm on Saturdays will be processed the following monday.
I am ordering from outside of Singapore. Will there be any additional charges?
No. However, depending on the total value of the order, international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties as implemented by the laws & regulations of your country. Lily Hush does not have control over these charges and you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with the laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. Lily Hush will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law nor will we be liable for the payment of any of these charges.
My delivery arrived later than usual. Can I get a refund on the shipping cost?
Delivery times provided are an estimate only. Lily Hush contracts SingPost and Fedex to make deliveries and is unable to make any guarantees as these factors are beyond our control.
